The Economy: since I retired nine years ago from the Financial securities and Real Estate investment business, I don't remember seeing an economy like this. Even though there are reasons to be careful in investing in the stock market; a lot of people see it as an opportunity for profit. With almost half of our population living pay check to pay check, with China's economy hurting and Europe on the verge of a recession, and our economy very fragile why did we have such a good quarter in the Stock Market? I can only think that some investors see some-thing that I do not. Because of this feeling that I have, I am less than fifty percent invested in the market.
On the other hand with rental real estate at half price, now is a good time to buy. I've been buying rental real estate for over two years now. All of my rentals are rented and I wish I had more. Even my Book "Getting to the Top" is selling much better lately getting great reviews.
